Rai Koubun (雷 向文, Rai Koubun) is a doctor, who works for the Chinese branch of U-NASA and is also cooperating with the Cosmopolitans and Terraformars.

He has brown hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. He's more well built than most scientists but basically sports a slightly slender frame.
Personality[]
He keeps cool and collected, the Invoker and 2 Newtons basically sit around in his office all day and he just rolls with it with absolutely no caution. He is also caring for other as he made sure Fatima could swim before escaping on his own.
History[]
He's been the head of a human breeding program in collaboration with the Chinese Military and Newton Clan for years now.
Powers and Abilities[]
A brilliant scientist mind you, but lacks any real fighting ability.
